Dwie marki łączą siły w Sharp NEC Display Solutions
Cały asortyment produktów do wyświetlania marek Sharp i NEC jest teraz oferowany pod jednym dachem.
Sharp NEC Display Solutions, utworzony w 2020 r., koncentruje się na rozwiązaniach wizualnych dla klientów biznesowych. Zajmie się ich rozwojem, produkcją i sprzedażą.
Od 1 kwietnia br. Sharp NEC Display Solutions Europe umieszcza pod jednym szyldem produkty do wyświetlania obrazu zarówno marki Sharp, jak i NEC.
Połączenie portfolio następuje kilkanaście miesięcy po utworzeniu joint venture Sharpa i NEC-a. Transakcję sfinalizowano w listopadzie 2020 r. Sharp ma większość (66 proc.) udziałów w spółce.
Sharp NEC Display Solutions zapewnia o korzyściach dla partnerów i klientów ze scalenia asortymentu, dzięki dostępowi do oferty obu marek i poszerzonej gamie profesjonalnych usług.
Sharp wnosi do wspólnego portfolio profesjonalne i komercyjne wyświetlacze, ekrany interaktywne i 8K. Oferta marki NEC obejmuje różnego rodzaju technologie wizualne i digital signage. Tworzą one uzupełniające się portfolio.
„Łącząc mocne strony firm Sharp i NEC, dostarczamy najszerszą na rynku gamę rozwiązań do wyświetlania obrazu w wielu technologiach. Sharp/NEC będzie oferował obie marki monitorów, które będą stale dostosowywane do siebie” – zapowiada Bernd Eberhardt, prezes i dyrektor generalny Sharp NEC Display Solutions Europe.
