Duże zmiany dla podatników VAT od nowego roku
Od 1 stycznia 2011 r. zacznie obowiązywać nowa klasyfikacja PKWiU. Do końca br. przedsiębiorcy powinni przyporządkować do prowadzonej działalności nowe symbole PKWiU i następnie do tego numeru właściwą stawkę VAT.
Nowa Polska Klasyfikacja Wyrobów i Usług została opublikowana w rozporządzeniu Rady Ministrów we wrześniu 2009 r. Zacznie obowiązywać od 1 stycznia 2011 r., zastępując przepisy z roku 1997. W związku ze zmianami w podatku VAT niektóre towary i usługi mogą mieć nową kwalifikację w odniesieniu do stawek VAT, dlatego warto zapoznać się z nowymi przepisami i wprowadzić konieczne zmiany w programach finansowo-księgowych.
W razie pomyłki w klasyfikacji i zastosowania niewłaściwej stawki VAT, konieczne będzie wystawienie faktury korygującej.
