Duże polskie spółki połączyły się

Powstał jeden większy podmiot.

Zarząd Asseco Business Solutions połączyło się z Macrologic. Fuzję zarejestrował sąd. Połączenie nastąpiło poprzez przeniesienie całego majątku Macrologic na Asseco BS. Tym samym spółka Macrologic zostanie rozwiązana.

Fuzja jest efektem zakupu przez Asseco BS w 2017 r. ponad 90 proc. udziałów w Macrologic za ponad 100 mln zł. Celem przejęcia jest stworzenie polskiej grupy kapitałowej, specjalizującej się budowie i dostarczaniu systemów ERP. Obie strony fuzji przewidują rozwój tego rynku. Macrologic oferowała ERP głównie dla średnich i dużych przedsiębiorstw, działając na rynku przez ponad 30 lat. Miała 15 oddziałów. Ostatnio zatrudniała ponad 300 specjalistów. Nowa grupa będzie miała ich w sumie ponad 1 tys. Asseco BS liczy na rozwój kompetencji eksperckich połączonych organizacji, a także na optymalizację działania grupy i efekty synergii.
