Dobry wynik Asusa
Zarówno w grudniu, jak i w IV kw. 2013 r. przychody korporacji były większe niż rok wcześniej, a ostatni kwartał okazał się rekordowy.
W ostatnim miesiącu 2013 r. Asus wypracował w przeliczeniu 1,33 mld dol. skonsolidowanych przychodów, tj. o 6,3 proc. więcej niż w grudniu 2012 r. oraz o 19 proc. mniej niż w listopadzie. W IV kw. 2013 r. przychody wyniosły 4,36 mld dol. (wzrost o 10 proc.). Dzięki dobrym wynikom cały 2013 rok Asus zamknął rekordowymi obrotami, które wyniosły ponad 15,44 mld dol., o 3,26 proc. więcej niż w 2012 r. Hitem, który wyraźnie zwiększył sprzedaż koncernu w końcówce ub.r. był hybrydowy laptop TransformerBook T100. W IV kw. sprzedano 0,5 mln tych urządzeń. Asus spodziewa się, że w 2014 r. sprzedaż osiągnie co najmniej 2 mln szt.
