Krakowski dystrybutor DNS został kupiony przez niemiecki holding DNSint.com AG. DNS jest szóstą firmą w tym holdingu. DNSint.com planuje rozszerzenie działalności na inne kraje wschodnioeuropejskie. Kolejne przejęcia planowane są na Węgrzech i w Czechach
Krakowski dystrybutor DNS został kupiony przez niemiecki holding DNSint.com AG. DNS jest szóstą firmą w tym holdingu. DNSint.com planuje rozszerzenie działalności na inne kraje wschodnioeuropejskie. Kolejne przejęcia planowane są na Węgrzech i w Czechach.
DNS rozpoczął swą działalność w styczniu 1999. Firma zatrudnia 27 osób. W ubiegłym roku osiągnęła przychód ze sprzedaży w wysokości 90 mln zł oraz zysk brutto przed podatkiem przekraczający 5 mln zł.
DNSint.com AG z główną siedzibą w Fürstenfeldbruck koło Monachium została założona we wrześniu 1999 roku. Na początku swej działalności grupa składała się z pięciu firm, pochodzących z Niemiec, Austrii, Danii, Szwecji i Norwegii. Wszystkie firmy oferują kompleksowe rozwiązania z dziedziny Global Network Computing.
