Dell: udany rok w Polsce, plany rozwoju
W ciągu ostatniego roku Dell zwiększył sprzedaż laptopów na rynku konsumenckim w Polsce o niemal 150 proc., został numerem 1 na rynku serwerów – poinformowała agencję ISBNews Anja Monrad, dyrektor generalny Della w regionie Europy Środkowej i Wschodniej.
Według szefowej firmy w regionie CEE, Dell zamierza zwiększać swoje udziały w polskim rynku. Celem na kolejne kwartały jest m.in. wzmocnienie pozycji w segmencie pamięci masowych i rozwiązań sieciowych. Firma chce także nadal uczestniczyć w trendzie migracji centrów danych na platformy x86. Ponadto Dell przywiązuje ostatnio większą wagę do rynku zamówień publicznych, w związku z rozpoczęciem kolejnej perspektywy finansowej wsparcia inwestycji z funduszy unijnych (lata 2014 – 2020). Polska spółka realizuje globalną strategię przekształcenia firmy w dostawcę kompleksowych rozwiązań IT.
Wzrost sprzedaży na naszym rynku może być obsługiwany z fabryki Della w Łodzi. Według Anji Monrad zakład ma możliwości wzrostu produkcji.
