Deklaracje podatkowe firm tylko przez Internet
Przedsiębiorcy będą mogli składać deklaracje podatkowe tylko w formie elektronicznej. Od tej zasady przewidziano wyjątki.
Według projektu nowelizacji ustawy podatkowej nowy obowiązek obejmie zarówno płatników PIT jak CIT. Zmiany mają z jednej strony uprościć zadanie przedsiębiorcom, a z drugiej uszczelnić kontrolę (dokumenty elektroniczne łatwiej będzie weryfikować skarbówce). Z obowiązku wysyłania deklaracji przez Internet mogą jednak zostać zwolnione firmy, które informacje o dochodach przygotowują najwyżej dla 5 osób. W takiej sytuacji projekt dopuszcza ewentualność złożenia dokumentów papierowych.
Zmiany są związane z planami uruchomienia tworzonego przez resort finansów systemu e-Podatki. Każdy podatnik ma mieć swoje indywidualne konto online. Na początek, w 2015 r., skarbówka zacznie przyjmować w nowym systemie deklaracje od podatników PIT-37, a w 2016 r. – PIT-36 i PIT-38.
W 2014 r. w formie elektronicznej poprzez udostępniony przez ministerstwo finansów system e-Deklaracje złożono 828,6 tys. PIT-ów 36, 214,5 tys. PIT-36L oraz 110,5 tys. PIT-38.
