Dane KRS za darmo w Internecie
Informacje o przedsiębiorcach zarejestrowanych w KRS będzie można sprawdzać bezpłatnie przez Internet. Na firmy zostanie nałożony obowiązek aktualizacji danych.
Nowe przepisy znalazły się w projekcie nowelizacji ustawy do KRS, przygotowanej przez Ministerstwo Sprawiedliwości. W rejestrze oprócz dotychczasowych informacji pojawi się adres WWW i e-mail. Dane będzie można nie tylko bezpłatnie przejrzeć, lecz także wydrukować i posługiwać się wydrukiem jak dokumentem urzędowym (np. przed organami administracji). Wpisy do KRS będą dokonywane automatycznie po nadaniu firmie numeru NIP, bez konieczności uzasadnienia decyzji przez sąd i bez powiadomienia zainteresowanego podmiotu. Na przedsiębiorców zostanie nałożony obowiązek aktualizacji własnych danych. Wpisy będą płatne.
Projekt nowelizacji został skierowany do Rady Ministrów.

Krajowa Rada Sądownictwa kupuje komputery, monitory, drukarki, przełączniki. Spośród siedmiu złożonych ofert tylko dwie zmieściły się w limicie cenowym zamawiającego.

Ministerstwo Sprawiedliwości: rozstrzygnięty przetarg na system dla KRS
Atos okazał się najlepszy w postępowaniu przetargowym na „utrzymanie, modyfikacje i szkolenia dla systemu teleinformatycznego Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego” zorganizowanym przez Ministerstwo Sprawiedliwości.
