Router DWR-116 N300 Multi-WAN umożliwia jednoczesne połączenie 3G/4G oraz DSL.
W razie problemów z komunikacją WAN, nastąpi automatyczne przełączenie na LTE albo 3G. Moduł LTE umożliwia pobieranie danych z prędkością do 150 Mbit/s oraz wysyłanie z prędkością 50 Mbit/s. Jest też opcja utworzenia hotspotu z transferem danych do 300 Mbit/s. Wbudowana zapora sieciowa z kontrolą pakietów (SPI), translacja adresów sieci (NAT) i szyfrowanie WPA/WPA2 chronią sieć Wi-Fi oraz podłączone urządzenia.
W ofercie D-Linka pojawiły się także nowe wersje routerów LTE – DWR-512 oraz DWR-921. Dzięki integracji kart UMTS oraz LTE zwiększono prędkość transferów do 21 Mbit/s dla UMTS oraz 100 Mbit/s w przypadku LTE.
