C&C Partners: przełącznik bez wiatraka
W asortymencie C&C Partners pojawił się przełącznik światłowodowy z pasywnym chłodzeniem od Edge-Core Networks.
Edge-Core ECS4810-12M wyposażono w 12 portów Gigabit Combo, które można połączyć jako światłowód 100/1000BASE-X lub łącze miedziane 10/100/1000BASE-T. Przełącznik jest zasilany prądem stałym albo zmiennym (AC/DC). Temperatura pracy wynosi od 0o C do 65o C. Wszystkie interfejsy umieszczono na przednim panelu, wraz z CIT (Craft Interface Terminal), portem zarządzania, interfejsem in/out alarmu zewnętrznego oraz wyjściami mocy.
Przełącznik obsługuje funkcję „dying gasp”, która umożliwia automatyczne powiadomienie administratora systemu o spadku mocy w ciągu 200 ms od wykrycia problemu.
Cena: 1100 dol. netto (3432 zł po kursie 3,12 zł za 1 dol.). Gwarancja: dożywotnia, świadczona do 5 lat po zakończeniu produkcji modelu.
