Były wiceprezes Komputronika w zarządzie Agito
W spółce należącej do Allegro doszło do roszad na górze.
W Agito powołano nowych członków zarządu i rady nadzorczej. Nową osobą w zarządzie jest Szymon Bujalski, który przez blisko 10 lat był związany z Komputronikiem, m.in. jako dyrektor handlowy spółki. Od 2006 r. do grudnia 2009 r. pełnił funkcję wiceprezesa. W kwietniu 2012 r. został Head of Retail w Grupie Allegro, odpowiadając za sprzedaż detaliczną w Polsce (Agito.pl, Markafoni.pl, Strefamarek.allegro.pl).
Zarząd Agito wzmocnił także Blake Paul Booysen, który na nową funkcję przeszedł z rady nadzorczej (był w niej od czerwca br.). Menedżer jest także członkiem rad nadzorczych firm z grupy Allegro – PayU i Paycard.
Jednocześnie z zarządu Agito odeszły dwie osoby – Hein Pretorius, który uzyskał nominację do rady nadzorczej spółki (w 2010 r. wszedł do zarządu MIH Allegro) oraz Cristina Berta. Nowymi członkami rady nadzorczej są także Arthur van Wijck Jurriaanse i David Tudor.

Komputronik nagradza swoich partnerów
W zakończonym roku finansowym Grupa Komputronik osiągnęła niemal 30 mln zł zysku operacyjnego i 14,9 mln zł zysku netto. Przy tej okazji firma postanowiła też nagrodzić swoich partnerów biznesowych, którzy przyczynili się do tak dobrych wyników.
