BPSC uruchomił eLink
Partnerzy i klienci BPSC mogą korzystać z internetowej platformy komunikacyjnej eLink, która umożliwia m.in. zgłoszenia serwisowe, aktualizacje oprogramowania, prezentacje nowych rozwiązań.
Za pośrednictwem eLinka klienci i partnerzy biznesowi BPSC mogą wymieniać informacje offline, a także komunikować się online w formie tekstowej, poprzez VoIP i VideoIP. Dane są szyfrowane. Platforma umożliwia obsługę zgłoszeń serwisowych dotyczących systemu Impuls 5, baz danych i sprzętu. Udostępniono także dział pomocy z najczęściej zadawanymi pytaniami. W eLinku jest rejestrowana korespondencja pomiędzy działem wdrożeń a klientem. Platforma zastąpi oprogramowanie eDok, wykorzystywane do tej pory przez dział serwisowy BPSC.
Oprogramowanie eLink powstało przy udziale funduszy unijnych w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Innowacyjna Gospodarka (Działanie 8.2, wsparcie e-biznesu B2B). Na potrzeby obsługi serwisowej eLink jest udostępniany bezpłatnie użytkownikom systemu Impuls 5.
