Black Point kupił już połowę Scota
Producent poinformował o nabyciu 50 proc. udziałów w spółce Scot. Do końca września zamierza przejąć drugie 50 proc.
O zawarciu umowy dotyczącej zakupu Scota, dystrybutora materiałów eksploatacyjnych, drukarek i dostawcy własnej marki zamienników Printe, Black Point poinformował kilka dni temu. Wartość transakcji nie została ujawniona. Według prezes Black Pointa, Kamili Yamasaki, marki ekonomiczne w ujęciu wartościowym stanowią ponad 3 rynku alternatywnego, więc firma wzmocni swoją pozycję w tym segmencie.
W 2011 r. według własnej informacji Black Point miał ok. 12,5-procentowy udział (w ujęciu wartościowym) w rynku zamienników do drukarek, za Actionem (15,5 proc.). Po zakupie Scota Black Point opanuje ponad 20 proc. rynku
