Avans wejdzie do galerii
Detalista stawia na szybki rozwój sieci marketów. Sfinalizował dwie kolejne umowy najmu w galeriach handlowych.
Avans dołączył do najemców dwóch obiektów – Galerii Auchan w Łomiankach koło Warszawy oraz parku handlowego w Bolesławcu (Dolny Śląsk). To kolejne umowy sfinalizowane w ciągu ostatnich dwóch tygodni – niedawno sieć ogłosiła, że elektromarkety Avansu pojawią się w łódzkiej Galerii Sukcesja i Parku Handlowym Vendo w Chełmie.
– Wchodzimy do nowych miast wykorzystując powierzchnie w najlepszych lokalizacjach w danym regionie. Są to przede wszystkim pasaże i galerie handlowe – mówi Wojciech Pietrzak, Dyrektor ds. Ekspansji Avansu.
Market w Łomiankach rozpocznie sprzedaż jesienią br., natomiast otwarcie w Bolesławcu nastąpi w 2014 r.
