Avans przymierza się do centrów handlowych
Nowy właściciel sieci Avans szuka lokalizacji dla salonów w centrach handlowych. Interesują go nowe obiekty.
Rozmowy w sprawie przyszłych lokalizacji będą prowadzone na wrześniowym Shopping Center Forum 2012 – największym w Polsce spotkaniu deweloperów galerii handlowych i najemców. Podczas imprezy zostanie zaprezentowanych 70 projektów centrów handlowych. Avans liczy na wejście do niektórych z nich.
– Mamy sprawdzone, gotowe formaty, dopasowane do różnych przedziałów metrażowych, nawet do 2 tys. m kw. Jesteśmy otwarci na rozmowy zarówno z najemcami indywidualnymi, jak i partnerami sieciowymi –
deklaruje Sławomir Tomala, wiceprezes Open Media – firmy, która podpisała umowę przejęcia sieci Avans (do finalizacji transakcji niezbędna jest zgoda UOKiK).
Open Media planuje także modernizację istniejących marketów Avansu. Nie są wykluczone zmiany lokalizacji w obrębie tej samej miejscowości.
