Łódź wyda 28 mln zł na ERP
Konsorcjum spółek z Grupy Asseco podpisało z Urzędem Miasta Łodzi umowę na wdrożenie systemu ERP. Wartość kontraktu wynosi 28 mln zł.
System ma za zadanie wspierać zarządzanie finansami miasta. Będzie wykorzystywany we wszystkich obszarach finansowych i majątkowych – zarządzania budżetem miasta, umów, faktur, rozliczania VAT, wpływów pochodzących z podatków i opłat wnoszonych przez mieszkańców. Zapewni przepływ informacji między Urzędem Miasta a czterdziestoma podległymi mu jednostkami miejskimi.
„System ERP dla Łodzi będzie pierwszym, realizowanym w samorządzie, projektem całkowitej wymiany zintegrowanego systemu informatycznego na nowocześniejszy” – twierdzi Jarosław Jastrzębski, wiceprezes zarządu Asseco Data Systems.
Umowa przewiduje wdrożenie dostosowanego do potrzeb miasta oprogramowania klasy ERP, migrację danych z używanych dotychczas programów oraz integrację systemu z częścią aplikacji funkcjonujących w urzędzie. W ramach kontraktu jest też przeszkolenie przyszłych użytkowników systemu.
Liderem konsorcjum realizującego projekt jest Asseco Data Systems. W pracach uczestniczą także: Asseco Poland oraz DahliaMatic. Wdrożenie potrwa 4 lata.
