Areszt za wyłudzenia VAT
Zorganizowana grupa przestępcza wyłudziła 65 mln zł VAT, także na elektronice - twierdzi prokuratura.
Funkcjonariusze CBŚP zatrzymali Filipa N. Ma zarzuty m.in. udziału w zorganizowanej grupie przestępczej, przestępstw skarbowych, wręczania korzyści majątkowych osobie pełniącej funkcję publiczną. Decyzją sądu na 3 miesiące trafił do aresztu. Grozi mu do 15 lat pozbawienia wolności.
Według prokuratura grupa przestępcza w latach 2012 – 2017 wyłudzała VAT w fikcyjnym obrocie artykułami elektronicznymi, pojazdami i prawami do rozpowszechniania i kopiowania utworów słowno-muzycznych. Straty fiskusa oszacowano na co najmniej 65 mln zł. Sprawą zajmuje się łódzki wydział Prokuratury Krajowej, departamentu ds. zwalczania przestępczości zorganizowanej i korupcji.
