Areszt w sprawie VAT
CBA zatrzymało kolejną osobę ws. wyłudzenia 10 mln zł VAT przez śląską spółkę informatyczną.
Afera związana z zarzutami wyłudzenia VAT przez śląską spółkę IT zatacza coraz szersze kręgi.
CBA zatrzymało na Śląsku kolejnego podejrzanego o udział w zorganizowanej grupie przestępczej wyłudzającej VAT. Mężczyzna usłyszał zarzuty w katowickiej prokuraturze. Decyzją sądu został tymczasowo aresztowany na trzy miesiące.
To już czwarta akcja CBA w sprawie wyłudzenia blisko 10 mln zł VAT przez jedną ze śląskich spółek informatycznych. Według służb dowody wskazują na próbę wyłudzenia kolejnych 7 mln zł.
17 osób z zarzutami
W przestępczym procederze wykorzystano nierzetelne faktury, związane z obrotem towarem z udziałem zagranicznych podmiotów – twierdzi CBA. Sprawa sięga 2015 r. Jak dotąd zarzuty ma 17 osób.
Zatrzymanemu ostatnio mężczyźnie przedstawiono zarzuty udziału w zorganizowanej grupie przestępczej, wyłudzenia VAT oraz płatnej protekcji.
W śledztwie planowane są kolejne czynności – zapowiada CBA.
