Amnestia za opóźnienie z JPK
Konsekwencje nie będą wyciągane - obiecuje wiceminister finansów.
Za przekroczenie terminu wysyłki JPK_VAT za lipiec br. fiskus nie będzie wyciągał konsekwencji – obiecał wiceminister finansów Paweł Jurek we wpisie na Tweeterze. Wyjaśnia, że decyzja jest związana z sygnałami o trudnościach z wysyłką JPK.
Ministerstwo Finansów 23 sierpnia zmieniło certyfikat klucza publicznego JPK. Jest on niezbędny do wysyłki pliku. Tymczasem w tym miesiącu termin złożenia JPK_VAT upłynął 26 sierpnia.
Nowy klucz można pobrać na portalu podatkowym MF w pliku e_dokumenty.mf.gov.pl.zip.

Głos w sprawie zabrał także oficjalnie resort finansów. Dał czas przedsiębiorcom do 2 września br.
"W związku z docierającymi do nas sygnałami o opóźnieniach w wysyłce JPK_VAT związanych z wymianą certyfikatów kluczy publicznych dla środowiska produkcyjnego JPK, informujemy, że organy podatkowe nie będą inicjować postępowań karnych skarbowych dotyczących niezłożenia JPK_VAT w terminie ustawowym, jeżeli złożenie pliku nastąpi do 2 września 2019 r.
Podatnicy, którzy wyślą JPK_VAT za lipiec do 2 września br., nie muszą składać w tej sprawie żadnych wyjaśnień do urzędów skarbowych." – informuje resort.
