Also zawarło umowę zakupu z hiszpańskim VAD-em Ireo Soluciones y Servicios. W ofercie ma on rozwiązania bezpieczeństwa, sieciowe, data center oraz ITSM. Koncentruje się na rynku MŚP.
Dzięki przejęciu Also rozszerzy działalność w Hiszpanii. W końcu 2020 r. dystrybutor wszedł na ten rynek w modelu as-a-service z platformą chmurową – Also Cloud Spain. Rozwiązania Ireo zostaną zintegrowane z Also Cloud Marketplace.
Według zapowiedzi pozyskane dzięki przejęciu kompetencje zostaną wykorzystane do usprawnienia działalności grupy we wszystkich innych krajach europejskich, także we współpracy z partnerami PaaS.

W sierpniu br. Also Holding informował o finalizacji zakupu serbskiego dystrybutora PIN Computers, co oznaczało wejście grupy na rynki kolejnych trzech krajów. W grudniu 2020 r. przejęty został czeski VAD Daquas.
