Zakup uzgodniono w kwietniu br. Cena nie została ujawniona. PIN Computers ma w ofercie sprzęt IT, mobilny oraz elektronikę użytkową. Firma powstała w 1995 r. Klientami są specjalistyczne sklepy ze sprzętem IT i innym sprzętem technicznym, integratorzy systemów, duzi detaliści i sklepy sieciowe z różnym asortymentem.

W regionie ostatnio Also Holding w grudniu 2020 r. przejęło Daquas, czeskiego VAD-a, który specjalizuje się w usługach chmurowych Microsoftu.
