Allegro ogłosiło podwyżkę prowizji dla sprzedających w kategorii Elektronika. Koszty wzrosną o co najmniej o 0,5 pkt. w zależności od produktów. Nowe stawki wejdą w życie 20 stycznia 2021 r.

Przykładowo w podkategorii komputery prowizja od sprzedaży zwiększy się z 9 na 9,5 proc.

Resellerzy oferujący urządzenia sieciowe (z wyłączeniem NAS-ów), kamery IP, UPS-y, napędy optyczne i nośniki, zasilacze, obudowy, mikrofony i słuchawki zapłacą prowizję wyższą o 0,5 pkt – wzrośnie ona z 6 do 6,5 proc.

W podkategorii fotografia prowizja zwiększy się z 6 na 6,5 proc., a w akcesoriach fotograficznych z 9 na 10 proc.

Podwyżki dotyczą również m.in. AGD (z 2,8 na 3,5 proc.) i klimatyzatorów (z 4 na 6 proc.).

W akcesoriach też drożej

Ponadto we wszystkich podkategoriach z akcesoriami prowizja wyniesie 12 proc. dla przedmiotów do 50 zł oraz 6 zł + 8 proc. od nadwyżki ponad 50 zł dla przedmiotów, których wartość jest większa od tej sumy.

Obecnie stawki wynoszą 12 zł dla przedmiotów do 100 zł oraz 6 zł + 8 proc. od nadwyżki ponad 100 zł.

We wszystkich podkategoriach o nazwie Pozostałe prowizja wzrośnie z 9 proc. do 15 proc.  

We wszystkich kategoriach, w których do tej pory nie było opłaty za wystawienie, wprowadzona zostanie opłata za przedmioty w cenie ponad 10 tys. zł – początkowa w wysokości 1 zł za 10 dni.

Allegro zmieni stawki dla sprzedających od 20 stycznia 2021 r. w sumie w kilkunastu kategoriach produktowych.

Po nowym roku – dopłata do paczkomatów

Ponadto zgodnie z wcześniejszą zapowiedzią od 4 stycznia sprzedawcy będą ponosić część kosztów przesyłki do paczkomatów InPostu w ramach usługi smart. Zapłacą 0,99 zł brutto – dla zamówień poniżej 100 zł oraz 1,99 zł brutto za towar o wartości od 100 zł. Dotąd resellerzy i retailerzy nie płacili za taką opcję wysyłki.

Allegro automatyzuje się dla sprzedawców

Allegro zapowiada również ułatwienia dla przedsiębiorców. Np. od 4 stycznia będzie automatycznie odpowiadać na część pytań klientów do sprzedających. Boty mają zająć się powtarzalnymi pytaniami zadawanymi przez formularz („pytanie do sprzedającego”) oraz w centrum wiadomości.

Na pierwszą połowę 2021 r. zapowiedziano także większą automatyzację w przyznawaniu rabatu transakcyjnego – zwrotu prowizji dla sprzedających, gdy klient anuluje nieopłacone zamówienie. Sprzedawcy mają otrzymać rabat bez konieczności składania wniosku.

Allegro gros przychodów czerpie z opłat od sprzedawców. W III kw. 2020 r. największa w kraju platforma e-commerce zwiększyła przychody o 50 proc., do 928,7 mln zł.

W tym z prowizji i opłat od resellerów i retailerów na konta koncernu wpłynęło 771,5 mln zł, również o 50 proc. więcej niż przed rokiem. Sprzedawcy zrzucili się na 80 proc. przychodów Allegro – CRN

Wartość sprzedaży na Allegro osiągnęła tylko w III kw. br. 8,25 mld zł. Platforma ma ok. 19 mln unikalnych użytkowników.
