Jarosław Mikos był do niedawna prezesem Polskich ePłatności.

Jarosław Mikos został nowym CEO IAI. Jest to spółka z portfela MCI, do której należy platforma e-sklepów IdoSell.

Paweł Fornalski, założyciel (w 2000 r.) i dotychczasowy szef firmy, przejdzie do rady nadzorczej i będzie jej przewodniczącym.

Jak wyjaśniono, to posunięcie ma uwolnić potencjał IAI, który był ograniczony możliwościami czasowymi Pawła Fornalskiego.

IAI chce zostać kolejnym jednorożcem w portfelu MCI (czyli spółką o wartości ponad 1 mld dol.) – zadeklarowano. IdoSell, jak wynika z informacji IAI, ma 18 proc. udziału w polskim e-commerce. GMV – wartość sprzedaży na platformie – wyniosła ostatnio 14 mld zł w ciągu roku. Kolejny krok dla firmy to rozwój w Europie.

Jarosław Mikos jest związany z biznesem od 1995 r. Zaczynał w Deloitte & Touche. Był managerem w londyńskim biurze PwC, wicedyrektorem w departamencie M&A i prywatyzacji.

Jako CEO Energis Polska doprowadził do połączenia tej firmy z GTS Polska, a następnie został prezesem zarządu w tej spółce. Był też szefem Magna Polonia i przewodniczącym rady nadzorczej Grupy Wirtualna Polska. W 2017 r. został prezesem spółki Polskie ePłatności.
