Action zainteresowany Domeksem
Dystrybutor chce rozmawiać z syndykiem na temat przejęcia całości lub części Domeksu, właściciela sieci Avans - wynika z komunikatu spółki.
Na początku tygodnia sąd ogłosił jego upadłość likwidacyjną Domeksu. Action poinformował, że zwrócił się do syndyka z propozycją wstępnych uzgodnień dotyczących nabycia zorganizowanej części lub całości spółki. Proponuje również wydzierżawienie części lub całości przedsiębiorstwa z prawem pierwokupu.
Do Domeksu należy sieć Avans, licząca ok. 250 sklepów. Z kolei Action jest właścicielem większości udziałów w Sferisie, który miał w końcu 2013 r. 197 sklepów, w większości partnerskich (127 placówek). Obie sieci zawarły rok temu umowę o strategicznym partnerstwie. Ponadto Action w ramach franczyzy stworzył sieć sklepów partnerskich „Specjaliści RTV i AGD”.
