Action może stracić na upadłości A.pl Internet
Z tytułu utraty wartości udziałów w A.pl Action – jeden z głównych akcjonariuszy spółki - może odpisać nawet 2 mln zł – poinformowała PAP.
Według prezesa Piotra Bielińskiego odpis nie zagraża realizacji prognozy Actionu (w 2012 r. spółka zapowiedziała wypracowanie 47,3 mln zł zysku netto i 3,3 mld zł przychodów). Jego zdaniem upadłość A.pl Internet nie jest przesądzona, ponieważ może dojść do konwersji długu spółki wobec Bomi (wierzyciel i udziałowiec A.pl Internet) na akcje. Brak decyzji w tej sprawie był jednym z powodów złożenia przez prezesa A.pl Internet wniosku o upadłość likwidacyjną.
W lipcu sąd ogłosił upadłość układową Bomi, który był głównym dostawcą internetowych delikatesów. Doprowadziło to do dużego spadku obrotów A.pl Internet. W sierpniu 2012 r. liczba zrealizowanych dostaw spadła o 19 proc. w odniesieniu do lipca br. i o 73 proc. rok do roku. Zamknięto stacjonarne oddziały A.pl znajdujące się w sklepach Bomi. Strategicznym partnerem spółki zostało Frisco.pl (odpowiada za zamówienia złożone przez klientów A.pl). Po ogłoszeniu upadłości Bomi Action pożyczył A.pl Internet 100 tys. zł. Spłata ma nastąpić w ciągu 1 roku. Obecnie Action ma 18,44 proc. udziału w A.pl Internet, a Bomi – 17,69 proc.
