ABC Data: zarząd rekomenduje rekordową dywidendę
Zarząd spółki rekomenduje przeznaczyć na dywidendę dla akcjonariuszy 48,8 mln zł, czyli większość zysku za ub.r.
Zgodnie z uchwałą w sprawie rekomendacji zysk netto ABC Daty za 2015 r. w wysokości 60,276 mln zł zostałby podzielony. Kwota 48,845 mln zł pójdzie na dywidendę, a reszta, czyli bez mała 11,422 mln zł, na kapitał zapasowy spółki. Przy takim podziale wysokość dywidendy na jedną akcję to 0,39 zł. Akcje własne ABC Daty nie biorą udziału w dywidendzie. Przypadająca na nie kwota zostanie przeznaczona na kapitał zapasowy spółki.
Rada nadzorcza pozytywnie zaopiniowała propozycje zarządu. Ostateczną decyzję podejmie walne zgromadzenie akcjonariuszy.
Dla porównania w ub.r. dywidenda na akcję ABC Daty wyniosła 0,36 zł, w 2013 r. – 0,24 zł, a w 2012 r. – 0,16 zł.

Dokładnie 20 lat temu napisałem artykuł zatytułowany „Sprzedaż beznamiętna”, w którym opisałem ówczesny rynek systemów do dystrybucji on-line. Królem naszej polskiej „wioski” był wtedy, a jakże, InterLink. Fenomen tego systemu polegał jednak na tym, że był także królem znacznie większej wioski - tej globalnej.

Połączenie Also i Roseville sfinalizowane
Also Polska ostatecznie połączyło się ze spółką, która jest następcą ABC Daty.
