ABC Data planuje ekspansję w Bułgarii
W przyszłym roku albo na początku 2012 r. ABC Data zamierza wejść na rynek bułgarski. To część strategii spółki, która chce być największym dystrybutorem w regionie.
Prezes ABC Daty, Marek Sadowski, przy okazji przejęcia rumuńskiego dystrybutora Scop zapowiadał, firma zamierza osiągnąć pozycję numer 1 w dystrybucji IT w regionie Europy Środkowo-Wschodniej, dlatego dalsza ekspansja pozostaje elementem strategii spółki. Według PAP następnym celem jest Bułgaria. ABC Data zamierza otworzyć oddział w tym kraju i uruchomić internetowy system sprzedaży. Dostawy byłyby realizowane z magazynu w Rumunii. Wejście polskiego dystrybutora na lokalny rynek nastąpiłoby więc w podobny sposób, jak ostatnio na Litwie. Inwestycję w Bułgarii ABC Data planuje w końcu 2011 r. lub na początku 2012 r.
Wiosną dystrybutor z emisji akcji pozyskał ponad 50 mln zł , które są przeznaczone na inwestycje.
Informacje o przejęciu rumuńskiego dystrybutora Scop za 5 mln euro (umowę podpisano 30 listopada) i planach ekspansji w Bułgarii spotkały się z entuzjastyczną reakcją inwestorów na warszawskiej giełdzie. Akcje ABC Daty w ciągu dwóch dni poszły w górę o blisko 20 proc. i 2 grudnia na koniec sesji kosztowały 3,80 zł.

Zlot twórców InterLinka
Dokładnie 20 lat temu napisałem artykuł zatytułowany „Sprzedaż beznamiętna”, w którym opisałem ówczesny rynek systemów do dystrybucji on-line. Królem naszej polskiej „wioski” był wtedy, a jakże, InterLink. Fenomen tego systemu polegał jednak na tym, że był także królem znacznie większej wioski - tej globalnej.
Połączenie Also i Roseville sfinalizowane
Also Polska ostatecznie połączyło się ze spółką, która jest następcą ABC Daty.
