ABC Data została Dystrybutorem Roku 2010 w Europie Środkowo-Wschodniej.
ABC Data została Dystrybutorem Roku 2010 w Europie Środkowo-Wschodniej. To nagroda EMEA Channel Academy przyznana podczas dorocznej konferencji DistrEE XXL – spotkania producentów i dystrybutorów IT z regionu Europy, Bliskiego Wschodu i Afryki w Monte Carlo. W jury zasiadają przedstawiciele największych producentów IT. Nagrodzony dystrubuor rywalizował z AB, Asbisem, Ingramem Micro i Tech Datą.
Tytuł Dystrybutora Roku został przyznany po raz drugi w historii Distree XXL. W 2009 roku również przyznano go ABC Dacie.
Konferencja DistrEE XXL w Monte Carlo trwała od 8 do 10 lutego. Wzięło w niej udział blisko 1000 menedżerów reprezentujących ponad 120 producentów i około 350 dystrybutorów IT z ponad 80 krajów regionu EMEA. W ramach konferencji miało miejsce około 4 tysięcy spotkań biznesowych oraz liczne debaty, prezentacje i spotkania warsztatowe.
Złotym sponsorem tegorocznego DistrEE XXL był Modecom, który zaprezentował wiele nowych produktów i przeprowadził szereg prezentacji i spotkań z dystrybutorami sprzętu z regionu EMEA.

Dokładnie 20 lat temu napisałem artykuł zatytułowany „Sprzedaż beznamiętna”, w którym opisałem ówczesny rynek systemów do dystrybucji on-line. Królem naszej polskiej „wioski” był wtedy, a jakże, InterLink. Fenomen tego systemu polegał jednak na tym, że był także królem znacznie większej wioski - tej globalnej.

Also Polska ostatecznie połączyło się ze spółką, która jest następcą ABC Daty.
