ABC Data: minimum w wezwaniu osiągnięte
Warunek dotyczący minimalnej liczby akcji w wezwaniu na akcje spółki został spełniony.
W wezwaniu na akcje złożono do 13 marca zapisy na 10,88 mln udziałów w spółce (8,68 proc. głosów). Oznacza to, że warunek ilości papierów, jakie gotowi są sprzedać inwestorzy, został spełniony (wymagane minimum wynosiło 3,94 mln udziałów). Zapisy rozpoczęły się 15 lutego i trwają do 18 marca br. Wezwanie jest kolejnym etapem, który ma doprowadzić do przejęcia kontroli nad ABC Datą przez Also Holding – zgodnie z zapisami umowy z grudnia ub.r. Strony nadal czekają na zgodę regulatorów rynku na transakcję.
MCI oraz Roseville Investments w wyniku wezwania zamierzają przejąć mniejszościowy pakiet 37,1 proc. głosów w ABC Data SA. W ub. tygodniu cenę za 1 akcję w ofercie podniesiono do 1,44 zł z 1,30 zł.

Dokładnie 20 lat temu napisałem artykuł zatytułowany „Sprzedaż beznamiętna”, w którym opisałem ówczesny rynek systemów do dystrybucji on-line. Królem naszej polskiej „wioski” był wtedy, a jakże, InterLink. Fenomen tego systemu polegał jednak na tym, że był także królem znacznie większej wioski - tej globalnej.

Połączenie Also i Roseville sfinalizowane
Also Polska ostatecznie połączyło się ze spółką, która jest następcą ABC Daty.
