7 ofert w przetargu na laptopy, monitory i PC AiO dla KAS
Urzędnicy skarbowi w całym kraju wkrótce otrzymają kolejną dostawę nowych komputerów.
Nowy sprzęt trafi do izb administracji skarbowej.
5,6 mln zł zarezerwowała skarbówka na zakup zestawów mobilnych z monitorami oraz AiO PC. Przetarg na potrzeby jednostek KAS ogłosiła w lutym bydgoska Izba Administracji Skarbowej.
Zamówienie podzielono na dwie części.
W części I zamawiane są zestawy laptopów ze stacjami dokującymi i monitorami – w sumie 543 szt. (opcja: 325 szt.).
Skarbówka potrzebuje laptopów z ekranem Full HD 14-14,99 cala, procesorem o wydajności 6400 pkt w teście PassMark, 16 GB RAM, z możliwością rozbudowy do 32 GB, SSD minimum 480 GB.
Do tego dochodzą stacje dokujące oraz 27-calowe monitory LED Full HD z matową matrycą.
W części II (wymiana stacji operatorskich na potrzeby systemu Cyfrowa Granica i innych systemów granicznych) skarbówka zamawia 483 szt. AiO z 23-calowym matowym monitorem Full HD, z CPU o wydajności 4000 pkt w PassMark, minimum 16 GB RAM i SSD 480 GB.
W sumie budżet zamówienia IAS wynosi 5,6 mln zł brutto. W tym dla cz. I 3,23 mln zł (nie licząc opcji), a dla cz. II 2,076 mln zł.

Najniższe ceny zaproponowała spółka z Połańca PRZP Systemy Informacyjne:
w części I: 4,107 mln zł brutto, w tym na zamówienie podstawowe 2,57 mln zł i 1,54 mln zł w opcji), z 4-letnią dodatkową gwarancją.
W części II wartość oferty PRZP wyniosła 1,344 mln zł.
Większość proponowanych przez wykonawców stawek zmieściła się w wyznaczonym budżecie IAS. W cz. I oferty opiewały na kwoty od 4,107 mln zł brutto do 6,34 mln zł.
W cz. II rozpiętość stawek wyniosła od 1,344 mln zł do 2,79 mln zł.
Kryteria wyboru oferty w części 1 i 2 to cena (60), okres dodatkowej gwarancji (21), termin realizacji dostawy (15), certyfikat TCO (4).
Niemal wszyscy zadeklarowali 20-dniową dostawę. Większość urządzeń miała TCO.
Zestawy z laptopami trafią do 16 izb administracji skarbowej, Krajowej Informacji Skarbowej i Krajowej Szkoły Skarbowości.
Komputery AiO zostaną przekazane do 10 IAS.
