363 mln zł dla spółki Wasko
Zawarto aneks do megakontraktu.
Fonon, spółka zależna Wasko, zawarła aneks do umowy na generalne wykonawstwo w ramach projektu budowy infrastruktury łączności bezprzewodowej na liniach kolejowych ("budowa systemu ERTMS/GSM-R na liniach kolejowych PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. w ramach NPW ERTMS Część 1 zamówienia”). Kontrakt jest realizowany na rzecz PKP PLK.
Łączna wysokość wynagrodzenia należnego spółce została określona na maksymalnie 363,43 mln zł. Zmianie uległ m.in. zakres prac, za który odpowiada Fonon. Harmonogram wykonania zadań dostosowano do aktualnego terminarza.
Spółka należy do konsorcjum realizującego wdrożenie systemu GSM-R (cz. 1 projektu).
Kontrakt na zaprojektowanie, budowę i wdrożenie infrastruktury ERTMS/GSM-R warty 2,8 mld zł zawarto w 2018 r. Wykonawcą jest konsorcjum w składzie: Nokia Solutions and Networks, Fonon, SPC-2 (spółka zależna Pozbudu), Herkules Infrastruktura.
W marcu br. informowano, że z powodu epidemii możliwe jest opóźnienie realizacji projektu.
