3 mln zł straty Imagisu
W trzech kwartałach 2015 r. spółka miała 3 mln zł straty przy przychodach niższych o 98 proc. niż rok wcześniej.
Od stycznia do września br. Imagis wypracował 12,8 mln zł przychodów wobec 521,4 mln zł w analogicznym okresie ub.r. W III kw. obroty wyniosły 5,8 mln zł w porównaniu do 87,8 mln zł rok wcześniej. Strata netto w minionym kwartale to 1 mln zł.
Obroty Imagisu stopniały po tym, jak GPS Konsorcjum, spółka zależna handlująca telefonami komórkowymi, w tym roku zakończyła działalność. Ma do zapłacenia według kontroli skarbowej prawie 300 mln zaległego VAT-u, a sam Imagis – 2 mln zł. Na koniec III kw. br. długi Imagisu wynosiły prawie 26 mln zł. Sąd odrzucił wniosek o upadłość układową.
Zarząd poinformował, że podejmuje próby negocjacji z wierzycielami i potencjalnymi inwestorami. W jego ocenie w razie braku porozumienia z wierzycielami w najbliższym czasie spółka będzie zmuszona do zaprzestania działalności operacyjnej.

Imagis domaga się 31 mln zł
Spółka złożyła pozew w sądzie. Sprawa jest związana m.in. z GPS Konsorcjum.
