10 mln wyłudzonych dotacji na Internet
Funkcjonariusze katowickiej Delegatury Centralnego Biura Antykorupcyjnego zatrzymali dwóch mężczyzn wyłudzających dofinansowania ze środków UE w formie dotacji w ramach programu Operacyjnego Innowacyjna Gospodarka 2007 – 2013.
Zatrzymani byli powiązani z katowicką spółką informatyczną w związku z realizacją dwóch projektów budowy Internetu. W toku śledztwa ustalono, iż mężczyźni działali w okresie od 2013 do 2015 roku
Przestępczy proceder polegał na przedłożeniu poświadczających nieprawdę oraz nierzetelnych dokumentów i oświadczeń w celu osiągnięcia korzyści majątkowej i uzyskania dofinansowania na projekt budowy szerokopasmowego dostępu do Internetu na terenie 21 miejscowości w powiecie łęczyckim oraz 8 miejscowości w powiecie żywieckim. Mężczyźni usłyszą zarzuty pomocnictwa do wyłudzenia środków finansowych w kwocie ponad 10 mln złotych, poświadczenia nieprawdy w dokumentacji księgowej, a także prania pieniędzy.
