Poczta wyda na sprzęt sporo mniej, niż zakładał budżet postępowania.
Poczta Polska rozstrzygnęła otwarte w lipcu br. postępowanie na sprzedaż i dostawę notebooków wraz z licencjami na system operacyjny, stacją dokującą i monitorem w ilości 2,3 tys. szt.
Państwowy operator przeznaczył na realizację zamówienia blisko 21,8 mln zł brutto. Wydatek będzie jednak o kilka mln zł niższy.
Oferty złożyło czterech wykonawców
Jako najkorzystniejszą ofertę spełniającą wymagania wybrano konsorcjum Simplicity i MBA System, któremu przyznano 100 pkt.
Cena miała 100 proc. wagi przy wyborze oferty.
Poczta potrzebuje laptopów z ekranem 12,5 – 14 cali Full HD, co najmniej 16 GB RAM, SSD 240 GB M.2 NVMe, modemem LTE, z funkcjami zarządzania. Do tego dochodzą monitory z ekranem 21,5 do 24 cali Full HD oraz stacje dokujące. Sprzęt ma zostać dostarczony do 30 grudnia br.
