NetActuate otwiera nowe data center w Warszawie
Kolejny gracz zamierza rosnąć na krajowym rynku usług centrum danych.
Zespół programistów w Polsce pracuje już nad nowym projektem firmy.
NetActuate, dostawca brzegowej mocy obliczeniowej w modelu IaaS, otworzył nowe centrum danych w Warszawie. Oznacza to uruchomienie wszystkich usług operatora jednej z pięciu największych (pod względem liczby węzłów) sieci IPv4 i IPv6 na świecie – w tym anycast, maszyn wirtualnych, bare metal i kolokacji.
„Nasze nowe wdrożenie w Polsce umożliwia nam oferowanie globalnych usług infrastruktury brzegowej zlokalizowanych w Europie Środkowej” — mówi Mark Mahle, dyrektor generalny i główny architekt technologiczny NetActuate.
Warszawskie data center NetActuate znajduje się w centrum biznesowym stolicy. Ma certyfikaty zgodności z normami ISO 22301, ISO 27001, ISO 9001:2015 i PCI DSS. Zapewnia bezpośredni dostęp do Equinix Internet Exchange Poland (dawniej PLIX), który jest największym punktem wymiany ruchu internetowego w Polsce.
W sumie NetActuate ma ponad 30 centrów danych na świecie. Uruchomienie usług w Polsce jest częścią większego planu rozwoju firmy w Europie.
„W najbliższym czasie planujemy uruchomienie nowej platformy IaaS pod nazwą vmgen” – zapowiada Kacper Dąbrowski, dyrektor ds. projektów europejskich w NetActuate i dyrektor generalny vmgen. Nad nowym projektem pracuje zespół programistów w Polsce.
