Asseco SEE jest już największą firmą IT w Europie Południowo-Wschodniej pod względem przychodów ze sprzedaży. Koncern chce być jeszcze większy – wynika z zapowiedzi.

Asseco South Eastern Europe w III kw. br. zamierza sfinalizować przejęcie spółki w Rumunii, oraz dwóch w Chorwacji – zapowiedział prezes Piotr Jeleński według ISBnews. Prawdopodobny jest również zakup w Bośni, który może być zrealizowany w IV kw. br. Ponadto trwają rozmowy ze spółką w Turcji w sprawie kolejnej akwizycji – poinformował prezes. Nie zdradził szczegółów.

Są już w 24 krajach

Asseco South Eastern Europe, część największej polskiej grupy informatycznej, obecnie działa w 24 krajach i zatrudnia blisko 3 tys. pracowników.

Przychody Asseco SEE w I półroczu 2021 r. wyniosły 525,7 mln zł, o 13 proc. więcej niż przed rokiem. Zysk dla akcjonariuszy osiągnął sumę 64,8 mln zł (+29 proc.).

Backlog grupy na 2021 r. (215 mln euro) jest obecnie o 7 proc. wyższy niż przed rokiem, a na III kw. br. – wyższy o 2 proc.

Asseco SEE pod względem wielkości sprzedaży jest największą firmą IT w Europie Południowo-Wschodniej. Specjalizuje się w rozwiązaniach dla sektora finansowego, instytucji publicznych oraz telco i utilities.
