Żądanie wyższej kary wobec spółki zależnej Wasko
Miasto Katowice domaga się kolejnych 2,4 mln zł kary.
Konflikt dotyczy umowy na dostawę, instalację i wdrożenie systemu ERP z 2017 r.
Katowicki samorząd chce większych pieniędzy od COIG, spółki zależnej Wasko. W piśmie procesowym jakie wpłynęło do COIG żąda rozszerzenia powództwa o kwotę 2,41 mln zł. Według miasta ma to być część zapłaty części kary umownej za odstąpienie przez Katowice od umowy na realizację zamówienia publicznego pod nazwą „Realizacja projektu Miejskie Centrum Usług Wspólnych w Katowicach”.
Wzajemne pozwy i zarzuty
Umowę o wartości blisko 24 mln zł brutto zawarto w 2017 r. z konsorcjum COIG (lider) i Vulcan. Samorząd zarzucił mu wadliwe i sprzeczne z umową wykonanie zadania oraz opóźnienia. Odstąpił od umowy listopadzie 2019 r., żądając 4,8 mln zł kary oraz 5,8 mln zł odszkodowania. Konsorcjum uznało działania miasta za bezzasadne i bezpodstawne.
W maju 2020 r. COIG złożyło przeciwko miastu pozew o zapłatę ponad 18 mln zł. Katowice odpowiedziały pozwem wzajemnym we wrześniu 2020 r. żądając 8,2 mln zł.
