Oszukiwał na sprzedaży elektroniki
Oferował sprzęt, którego nie posiadał. Ma prawie 100 zarzutów.
Fałszywy „sprzedawca” elektroniki może spędzić za kratkami nawet 8 lat.
Prokuratura w Żarach (woj. lubuskie) sporządziła akt oskarżenia przeciwko 30-letniemu mieszkańcowi tej miejscowości. Oferował on na jednym z portali internetowych sprzęt elektroniczny. Były to m.in. monitory do PC, karty graficzne, procesory, a także telewizory, oczyszczacze powietrza i odkurzacze. Nie miał jednak tego towaru. Ludzie, którzy zapłacili za sprzęt, nie otrzymali go – informuje lubuska policja.
Jak ustalili śledczy we wrześniu, październiku i listopadzie 2019 r. podejrzany zainkasował z tego tytułu ponad 122 tys. zł.
Sprawa rozpoczęła się po wpłynięciu zawiadomienia o przestępstwie od firmy prowadzącej portal internetowy, na którym podejrzany wystawiał fałszywe aukcje.
Policja ustaliła 93 oszukane osoby. Firma prowadząca portal internetowy wypłaciła kupującym zwrot pieniędzy za zakupiony i nieotrzymany towar. Podejrzany ma 93 zarzuty dotyczące oszustw. Może mu grozić do 8 lat pozbawienia wolności.
