Nowy menedżer w zarządzie Asseco SEE

Jest od 10 lat związany z grupą.

Michał Nitka ma uprawnienia biegłego rewidenta. Od 10 lat kieruje kontrollingiem w Asseco SEE.

Michał Nitka został powołany do zarządu Asseco South Eastern Europe. Funkcję obejmie 1 maja br. Powołanie dotyczy wspólnej kadencji (do 12 lipca 2022 r.).

Nowy członek zarządu jest związany z grupą od 2010 r., gdy został szefem kontrollingu w spółce Asseco SEE. Od stycznia 2015 r. pracuje na stanowisku Group Controlling Director i odpowiada za dział kontrolingu we wszystkich spółkach grupy kapitałowej.

Przed przejściem do Asseco był kontrolerem finansowym w Sita. W latach 2007 – 2010 pracował jako audytor w Ernst&Young, a wcześniej również w działach audytu w BDO Polska oraz Rewit Księgowi i Biegli Rewidenci.

Na początku stycznia br. rezygnację z funkcji w zarządzie Asseco SEE złożył dyrektor finansowy Marcin Rulnicki. Odejdzie z zarządu z dniem 30 kwietnia br.

W III kw. 2020 r. Asseco South Eastern Europe miało 227,5 mln zł przychodów i 37,2 mln zł zysku netto.
