Komputronik otwiera mobilne punkty obsługi klientów
W związku z zamknięciem sklepów w galeriach handlowych Komputronik otwiera alternatywne punkty obsługi klientów.
Mobilne punkty Komputronika przejęły działalność sklepów z zamkniętych galerii. Umieszczono je np. na parkingach przed centrami handlowymi.
Pierwsze punkty obsługi klientów Komputronika zostały otwarte w Krakowie, Wrocławiu, Rzeszowie, Łodzi i Zgorzelcu. Można w nich kupić nowy sprzęt (jak laptopy, smartfony, monitory, drukarki, akcesoria), odebrać zakupy internetowe, skorzystać z usług (serwis, konfiguracja sprzętu, usługi finansowe i in.).
Komputronik zapowiedział otwarcie takich obiektów na początku listopada. Według detalisty alternatywne punkty obsługi klientów to tymczasowe rozwiązanie, które pozwoli na prowadzenie sprzedaży i odbiór zamówień w związku z koniecznością zamknięcia sklepów w centrach handlowych. Nowe punkty będą znajdować się w największych miastach w miejscach łatwo dostępnych dla klientów, m.in. przed galeriami handlowymi.
– W całym kraju otworzymy i utrzymamy do końca roku ok. 20 takich miejsc – zapowiada Marcin Mordak, dyrektor sieci sprzedaży Komputronika.

Komputronik nagradza swoich partnerów
W zakończonym roku finansowym Grupa Komputronik osiągnęła niemal 30 mln zł zysku operacyjnego i 14,9 mln zł zysku netto. Przy tej okazji firma postanowiła też nagrodzić swoich partnerów biznesowych, którzy przyczynili się do tak dobrych wyników.
