Rynek tabletów rozgrzeje się jeszcze bardziej
III kw. zapowiada się rekordowo - 60 proc. na plusie.
Przesunięte zamówienia i ponowne zapełnianie magazynów w III kw. br. spowoduje duży wzrost dostaw tabletów – według prognozy.
Nagły wzrost sprzedaży tabletów w II kw. br. to nie kilkutygodniowy trend – wynika z danych Digitimes Research. W III kw. br. zostanie rzuconych na rynek o 60,5 proc. więcej urządzeń niż w II kw. br. oraz o 21,3 proc. w ujęciu rok do roku. Przełoży się to na dostawę 39,65 mln szt. – według prognozy.
Jako czynniki wzrostu wskazywane są odroczone zamówienia z II kw. br. i zapotrzebowanie związane z gromadzeniem zapasów w kanale sprzedaży. Największe wzięcie mają duże modele – w II kw. br. urządzenia o przekątnej 10 cali i więcej stanowiły 80 proc. tabletów wprowadzonych na światowy rynek.
Digitimes Research przewiduje, że Apple utrzyma pozycję lidera w III kw. br. Za nim uplasują się Samsung, Huawei, Amazon i Lenovo. Amazon wejdzie na pozycję nr 4 dzięki sezonowej sprzedaży.
Ponowne zainteresowanie tabletami spowodowała pandemia i przejście na zdalną pracę i naukę. Po dwóch kwartałach spadków w II kw. br. według IDC wzrost wyniósł 18,6 proc. rok do roku. Firma oceniła dostawy w minionym kwartale na 38,6 mln szt.
