CIFR wybrał dostawcę usług serwisowych
Centrum Informatyki Resortu Finansów (CIRF) rozstrzygnęło postępowania przetargowe na na świadczenie pogwarancyjnego serwisu technicznego dla bibliotek wirtualnych Dell EMC DataDomain oraz dla macierzy VNX . W obu przetargach zwyciężyło Symmetry.
Łączne maksymalne wynagrodzenie opiewa na kwotę nieco ponad 3,2 mln zł brutto. Przedmiotem pierwszej umowy jest świadczenie usługi pogwarancyjnego serwisu technicznego obejmującego naprawy (w razie konieczności także wymianę), usuwanie zgłoszonych wad oraz serwisu prewencyjnego dla eksploatowanych w CIRF 2 szt. macierzy Dell EMC VNX 7600, służących do przechowywania danych produkcyjnych i backupowych. Oprócz Symmetry ofertę na obsługę systemów złożyła firma Engave.
W ramach drugiego kontraktu Symmetry zapewni pogwarancyjny serwis producenta dla 2 szt. bibliotek wirtualnych Dell EMC DataDomain 4500 oraz 2 szt. DataDomain 2500, wraz z zainstalowanym na nich oprogramowaniem standardowym. W tym przypadku jedynym oferentem było Symmetry.
Zgodnie z postanowieniami umowy, w obu przypadkach usługi serwisu będą świadczone w trybie 24h/7dni/365dni przez okres 48 miesięcy od daty ich zawarcia, z zapewnieniem minimum 24 -miesięcznej gwarancji.
