Kontrakt na e-kajdanki podpisany
Wątpliwości najwyraźniej zostały rozwiane. Wartość umowy to 96,62 mln zł.
Konsorcjum spółek Enigma Systemy Ochrony Informacji, EBS, Impel Monitoring i ITM Poland uzyskało kontrakt na usługę eksploatacji i rozwoju systemu dozoru elektronicznego (tzw. e-kajdanki). System pilnuje skazanych przebywających poza zakładami zamkniętymi. Umowę podpisano z Ministerstwem Sprawiedliwości 30 kwietnia br na okres 53 miesięcy (prawie 4,5 roku). Jej wartość to 96,62 mln zł.
Konsorcjum z Enigmą jako liderem (jest to spółka zależna Compa) złożyło jedyną ofertę w przetargu. W związku z tym resort sprawiedliwości sprawdzał, czy doszło do ograniczenia konkurencji. Wątpliwości miało wzbudzić to, że kilka firm zawiązało sojusz, a nie rywalizowało ze sobą. Enigma stanowczo zaprzeczała takim sugestiom.
Cztery wybrane spółki mają m.in. dostarczyć ponad 15 tys. urządzeń do elektronicznego dozoru, nową platformę SDE i przeprowadzić migrację.
Poprzedni kontrakt na e-kajdanki, zawarty w 2014 r. z konsorcjum Impel Security, SMT Software, EBS i ITM Poland opiewał na 214,02 mln zł.
