Będzie jeden rejestr nieruchomości
GUGiK wyda na realizację systemu 163 mln zł.
Główny Urząd Geodezji i Kartografii (GUGiK) tworzy zintegrowany system informacji o nieruchomościach. Znajdą się w nim wysokiej jakości dane przestrzenne z całego kraju. Centralna baza pozwoli mieszkańcom na oszacowanie wartości nieruchomości a przedsiębiorcom na wizualizację projektów inwestycji. Z powstającego zasobu będzie mogła korzystać także administracja publiczna. Planowana jest również digitalizacja aktów notarialnych.
„W ramach projektu tworzymy zbiory danych w kooperacji z partnerami powiatowymi. Zasilamy danymi centralne repozytorium, które będzie swojego rodzaju hubem do wydawania usług dla jednostek instytucjonalnych, jak np. UKE, służby energetyczne czy służby związane z zarządzaniem nieruchomościami” – tłumaczy w rozmowie z agencją informacyjną Newseria Innowacje Marek Szulc, zastępca dyrektora Departamentu Informatyzacji i Rozwoju Państwowego Zasobu Geodezyjnego i Kartograficznego w Głównym Urzędzie Geodezji i Kartografii.
Wartość projektu wynosi 163 mln zł. 80 proc. tej kwoty pochodzi z funduszy unijnych. Uruchomienie systemu zaplanowane jest na sierpień 2018 roku.
