Chiński producent smartfonów w polskiej dystrybucji
Maxcom twierdzi, że został jedynym dystrybutorem Meizu w kraju. Nelro Data zaprzecza.
Maxcom nawiązał współpracę z Meizu Telecom Company. Zapewnia, że będzie jedynym dystrybutorem chińskiej spółki w Polsce. Nelro Data twierdzi natomiast, że ma ważną umowę z Meizu.
Sprzęt z Maxcoma ma pojawić się w ofercie w II kw. br. Będzie sprzedawany w retailu i sklepach specjalistycznych. Maxcom zapowiada, że smartfony Meizu trafią następnie do operatorów. Zamierza również sprzedawać je za granicą.
– Do końca 2018 r. planujemy sprzedać ponad 100 tys. smartfonów nowej generacji marki Meizu – mówi Arkadiusz Wilusz, prezes Maxcom. Liczy na powtórzenie sukcesu Huawei i Xiaomi.
Meizu w 2017 r. sprzedał 20 mln telefonów (1,4 proc. udziału w światowym rynku), z czego ponad 100 tys. w Hiszpanii.
Chińska firma działa od 2003 r., a od 2008 r. jest obecna na rynku smartfonów. Jednym z akcjonariuszy Meizu jest chiński holding Alibaba.
