Epson: zmiany w serwisie
DEA już nie będzie autoryzowanym serwisem producenta, rozszerzono współpracę z inną firmą.
Od 1 kwietnia br. LetMeRepair będzie obsługiwać wszystkie zgłoszenia napraw i serwisów gwarancyjnych sprzętu Epsona. Użytkownicy mogą rozwiązywać problemy z urządzeniami zarówno kontaktując się z infolinią producenta pod nr +48 22 295 37 25 (pn.-pt. od 9.00 do 17.30), jak i dostarczać sprzęt bezpośrednio do serwisu LetMeRepair w Warszawie przy ul. Harfowej 1a.
Równocześnie dobiega końca współpraca z dotychczasowym partnerem serwisowym Epsona – spółką DEA. Z początkiem kwietnia wszystkimi zgłoszeniami obsługiwanymi przez DEA oraz związanymi z nimi zapytaniami klientów zarządzać będzie LetMeRepair.
LetMeRepair Poland jest częścią grupy LetMeRepair, powstałej w 2007 r. Ma ponad 100 pracowników w oddziałach w Kaliszu i Warszawie oraz serwisantów na terenie całego kraju.
