Spółka chce spłacić 168 mln zł długów
Propozycje układowe są już w sądzie.
Hawe Telekom złożył w warszawskim sądzie rejonowym propozycje układowe dotyczące uregulowania 168 mln zł długów. Spółka zamierza spłacić 100 proc. wierzytelności w ciągu niespełna 7 lat.
Największemu wierzycielowi – Agencji Rozwoju Przemysłu – zaproponowała uregulowanie głównej kwoty zobowiązań – 80 mln zł – w 21 ratach kwartalnych oraz zabezpieczenie w postaci zastawu rejestrowego na przedsiębiorstwie Hawe Telekom.
Grupie kilku największych wierzycieli (53 mln zł) zaoferowano spłatę należności w ciągu roku od całkowitego zamknięcia sumy pozostałych zobowiązań.
ZUS i Skarb Państwa (5 mln zł) otrzymają należności w ciągu 20 kwartałów – zapowiada spółka.
Hawe Telekom należy do Mediatela z grupy Hawe. Dysponuje siecią światłowodową o długości ponad 4 tys. km. Świadczy hurtowe usługi transmisji danych, dostępu do Internetu, IPTV i dzierżawy włókien światłowodowych.
Od wrześniu br. spółka ma nowy zespół sprzedażowy.
ARP chciała upadłości Hawe Telekom, ale nie zgodził się na to sąd. Mediatel oceniał działania państwowej agencji jako próbę wrogiego przejęcia majątku grupy.

Polskie spółki telekomunikacyjne – Hawe Telekom i IS-Wireless – zawarły porozumienie, w ramach którego będą pracowały nad wspólną kompleksową ofertą dla klientów zainteresowanych budową prywatnych sieci 5G. Firmy zamierzają oferować gotowy do wdrożeń produkt w całej Europie.
