Kolejne 2 mld zł na broadband
Ogłoszono trzeci konkurs na budowę internetu szerokopasmowego.
Konkursy organizowane są w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Polska Cyfrowa. Dostępne w ich ramach środki przeznaczane są na eliminowanie białych plam w dostępie do internetu szerokopasmowego.
W otwartym obecnie konkursie do dyspozycji jest 1,91 mld zł. Dofinansowanie otrzymają projekty realizowane na 33 wybranych obszarach. Zasięgiem tworzonej sieci ma zostać objętych łącznie minimum 461 tys. gospodarstw domowych i 2,6 tys. placówek edukacyjnych.
Do tej pory wydano 2,3 mld zł. Dofinansowanie otrzymało 136 projektów. W wyniku ich realizacji zapewniony zostanie dostęp do internetu dla ponad 1,3 mln gospodarstw domowych oraz 10 tys. placówek oświatowych.
Warunki trzeciego konkursu są co do zasady tożsame z warunkami drugiego konkursu. Nowością jest możliwość przeprowadzenia kolejnych rund naborów, aby zapewnić alokację środków na wszystkie wybrane obszary. Szczegółowe informacje o konkursie można znaleźć na stronie Centrum Projektów Polska Cyfrowa.
