Duży rządowy przetarg rozstrzygnięty
Pięciu wykonawców dostarczy prawie 9 tys. komputerów do ponad 50 jednostek administracji publicznej.
Centrum Obsługi Administracji Rządowej zawarło ramowe umowy z 5 wykonawcami, którzy dostarczą 6,2 tys. komputerów stacjonarnych, 4,3 tys. monitorów oraz 2,7 tys. laptopów do 50 jednostek administracji państwowej. Czas realizacji zamówienia to 2 lata.
W postępowaniu przetargowym wybrano: konsorcjum NTT System i NTT Technology (wartość oferty 42,6 mln zł brutto), konsorcjum Computex i Qumak (41,1 mln zł), Galaxy Systemy Informatyczne (40,6 mln zł), konsorcjum Maxto i DR IT (42,8 mln zł) oraz Suntar – tylko zestawy stacjonarne (24,6 mln zł).
Przy wyborze oferty cena stanowiła 60 proc. wagi, 20 proc. – okres gwarancji, a resztę – termin realizacji zamówienia i posiadanie certyfikatu TCO.
Do wybranych wykonawców COAR będzie wysyłał w wersji elektronicznej szczegółowe zapytania o dostarczenie sprzętu. Według Qumaka taka forma umowy ramowej skraca czas realizacji dostaw, co jest korzystne dla zamawiającego i wykonawców.
