Matryca Optima 8×8 HDMI pozwala na transmisję sygnałów audio i wideo w rozdzielczości Full HD za pośrednictwem złączy HDMI. Nowy produkt AMX może być wykorzystywany w miejscach, w których prezentowane są obrazy i dźwięki pochodzące z wielu źródeł. Urządzenie posiada osiem wejść i tyle samo wyjść HDMI. Nowy AMX pozwala również na przesyłanie sygnału audio/wideo na znaczne odległości, bez utraty jakości dźwięku i obrazu. W tym celu w urządzeniu można zamontować karty ze złączami RJ45 i przesyłać sygnał po skrętce Cat5 na odległość do 30 m. W ofercie pojawiły się również tzw. repeatery Cat5, pozwalające na zwiększenie odległości do 90 m.
Urządzenie można już nabyć w Veracompie. Jest oferowane pojedynczo lub w zestawach z kartami RJ45, repeaterami i kompletem niezbędnych kabli połączeniowych. Gwarancja na Optima 8×8 HDMI wynosi 3 lata.
